Delaware law requires corporations and Limited Liability Companies to have a registered agent in the State of Delaware.

The cost is $100.00 anually.

Registered Agents and Incorporators is not a mail forwarding company. Please do not use our address as your mailing address. Although we do not provide mail forwarding services, we do forward all correspondence to the company that is received from federal, state, and local tax and licensing authorities.

Registered Agents & Incorporators of Delaware, Inc., in accordance with coporate law requirements in the State of Delaware, is available during regular business hours for service of process. If your company should have a complaint filed against it, we forward the initial complaint to you in a timely manner.

Upon receipt of your completed application, I will return a letter to you authorizing the use of Registered Agents & Incorporators of Delaware, Inc. as a registered agent for your company. You will need to submit the letter to the Secretary of State when filing the Certificate of Incorporation or the Certificate of change of Registered Agent and/or Registered Agent's Office. The $100.00 does not include the cost for filing either a Certificate of Incorporation or a Certificate of Change of Registered Agent. Fees and costs for those services are additional. A quote for preparing and filing the Certificate of Change of Registered Agent or any other subsequent services can be provided to you upon request.
