Mr. Scanlon has extensive experience in the buying and selling of small businesses (businesses under $50,000,000). He also provides advice to small businesses on their day–to-day legal problems primarily through telephone consultation.

Because of the varied nature of these services, they are usually provided on an hourly rate basis. The current hourly rate is $250.00 per hour for attorney time and $75.00 per hour for paralegal time.
