The office includes a dedicated collection staff using software from Collect Max, JS Technologies, to provide a collection program emphasizing litigation as a means to collect retail and commercial accounts.

The office is staffed until 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday to facilitate prime time calling. Although Delaware does not permit attachment of bank accounts, wage attachment is permitted for 15% of net wages and real estate liens are easily obtained.

A member of the state and federal bar since 1975, Patrick Scanlon, P.A., has focused his practice on commercial and retail collections. He and his office have compiled years of experience in the collections industry, and Mr. Scanlon himself is a frequent lecturer in the collections field.
